1. Service Availability
Syntene provides intelligent lead qualification services on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, specific response times, or error-free operation.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntene shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
3. No Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Syntene does not provide formal SLAs unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written contract. Service interruptions may occur without prior notice.
4. Data Handling
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide complies with applicable laws. We use industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, secure access credentials, respond to leads timely, and comply with all applicable laws.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the Service at any time. Upon termination, access is revoked and data is securely deleted after a reasonable period.
