How We Share

Your information is shared with the business that operates this concierge - that is the purpose of the service. We do not sell or trade personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention & Security

Conversation data is retained while the business's account is active and deleted within 30 days after it ends. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting the business you spoke with, or by emailing [email protected].

1. AI Assistance

You are chatting with an AI assistant, not a human. AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on this conversation for decisions involving money, health, or legal matters - confirm details directly with the business.

2. Information You Provide

Anything you share in this conversation may be provided to the business you contacted so they can respond to your enquiry. Do not share sensitive information (such as payment card numbers or identity documents) in the chat.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

4. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntene is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees paid by the business in the preceding 12 months or one hundred US dollars.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, binding arbitration in Cyprus, on an individual basis.
